If you think you might like to work with me as your coach, the first step is to arrange a free consultation. This is a 30-minute conversation over the phone and it really is a no-strings activity. I only work with people who genuinely want to make changes, and to whom I can be of help. The consultation lets us both check that we’ll be a good partnership.
If we decide to work together, I will put together a programme tailored to your requirements. We will establish your goals, and the benefits you will get from achieving them. We’ll identify your strengths and the resources around you that will help you. And we’ll also bring to the surface the things which could get in the way of your achievement. Often, these will be your own beliefs or fears, and I can help you to explore these, so that they don’t limit you unnecessarily.
A programme consists of a series of one-to-one coaching sessions. Each session allows you to gain insight into your situation, and to identify the specific actions that you will take before the next session.
Sessions may be face-to-face (within central London) or over the phone. The first session is 90 minutes and subsequent sessions are 60 minutes. How many sessions? If your goal is very specific we may need just one or two sessions; other clients engage me for a block of six sessions; and some clients work with me as a long-term ‘thinking partner’.
Whether you work with me on a short or long term basis, we will regularly review progress. A key question is the reality check: ‘are you getting a good return on your investment?’ It is really important to me that my clients can answer ‘yes’. Have a look at some testimonials to see the benefits. Or contact me if you’re ready for that first conversation.
