I’m an accredited professional coach and a member of the Association for Coaching, whose code of ethics I follow. I have a Masters in People & Organisation Development, a degree in psychology and I’m an NLP Practitioner.
Before setting up Insight to Action, I was a senior consultant with a niche consultancy, specialising in diversity. I was responsible for designing and delivering learning and development programmes to support organisational change for a wide range of clients.
