I’m accredited as a Professional Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching, and follow their code of ethics. I have a MSc in People & Organisation Development, a BSc in Psychology, and I’m an NLP Practitioner.
Before setting up Insight to Action, I was a senior consultant with a niche consultancy, specialising in diversity and inclusion. I was responsible for designing and delivering learning and development programmes to support organisational change for a wide range of clients. And before that, I was a freelance trainer, specialising in business communications and information design.
